Qualifications

BS or higher degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
Proven track record in manufacturing, process development, technology implementation, and scale-up.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute scale-up strategies for new products, process technologies, and toll manufacturing.
Integrate safety, environmental, quality, regulatory requirements into scale-up plans.
Assess manufacturing readiness and mitigate risks to scale-up and commercial production.
Lead technology transfer across lab, pilot, toll manufacturing, and production environments.
Plan and coordinate scale-up trials with clear objectives and data requirements.
Apply chemical engineering principles to support process scale-up and troubleshooting.
Communicate status, risks, decisions, and needs to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Mentor junior scale-up engineers and contribute to capability development.
