Qualifications

• 5+ years of polymer modification and development experience or a PhD in lieu of experience.
• Experience with fluorinated elastomer systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate as the materials expert in the development of RF absorbers.
• Specify appropriate polymer systems to meet customers' material properties.
• Produce proof-of-concept and lab-scale samples for testing.
