H.B. Fuller’s R&D Pathways Rotational Program offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to build technical expertise, gain exposure to diverse chemistries, and develop business acumen. As an R&D Pathways Scientist I, you will receive mentorship, lead impactful projects, and contribute to innovation across multiple business units during a 1–2-year rotational experience. The initial role is based at our World Headquarters in Vadnais Heights, MN. After successful completion of the rotational experience, you will move into other R&D or related positions located at one of our research centers or facilities.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $70,000-$75,000.
