Siemens Healthineers, a leading medical technology company, seeks an R&D Ops AI/ML Data Scientist (Finance) to translate strategic digital health priorities into actionable data metrics and scalable solutions. You will work with product teams, QA, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making across the R&D operations landscape.

The role emphasizes implementing KPIs, automated analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product development and quality

Qualifications

Experience extracting knowledge and insights from noisy, structured, and unstructured data.
Ability to simplify, streamline, and automate processes using a data-first, customer-centric approach. Advanced AI/ML skillset (Core ML, Deep Learning, GenAI).
Experience with Agile planning and lifecycle tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Jama Connect, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Implement, automate, and continuously improve Medical Device Product Development KPIs.
Develop and support data-driven solutions with technology and process SMEs.
Own R&D Ops Product Development data integrity for reliable, accessible data.
