You will apply AI, ML, predictive analytics, and data science to improve operations, customer experience, and business performance across multiple functions including Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Laboratory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in Data Science, ML, AI, or advanced analytics.
• Experience deploying ML models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience creating dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or lab services exposure a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and automation.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions to improve operations and outcomes.
