Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a finance professional to manage R&D headcount and expense reporting across Mobile, Compute, XR, Infrastructure and Tech units. You will consolidate actuals and forecasts, allocate targets, and deliver variance analyses with senior management.

The role emphasizes heavy use of Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau, with collaboration across Program Management, Product Management, Engineering and Finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate R&D actuals and forecasts by project and group.
• Allocate headcount and expense targets to groups and business units.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis, financial reporting, and management-level presentations.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and proactively improve finance processes.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Product Management, Engineering and Finance teams.
• Leverage Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau for projects and presentations.
