Job summary

Stryker is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive process development milestones for multiple NPIs, including catheters and neurovascular devices. You will head a diverse team, coordinate with divisional and operations functions, and ensure projects meet scope, budgets, and launch requirements.

You will guide programs from charter to financial plan, collaborating across the organization to overcome challenges and deliver products on schedule with expected quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of technical experience in product or process development.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve process development milestones on 2+ NPIs for catheters and neurovascular devices.
• Lead cross-functional teams across divisions and operations to hit product launches on time.
• Define priorities, scope, resources, and budgets for each new product.
• Assess charters and financial plans, including standard cost and launch requirements.
• Resolve NPI challenges and drive effective resolutions with stakeholders.
• Remove obstacles, allocate resources, and guide the team through complex scenarios.
• Establish urgency to deliver new products within quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
