Job summary

You will guide project plans, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery while upholding regulatory and quality standards. Relocation support may be available; a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience is required.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for medical devices or other highly regulated field is required.
• Understanding of manufacturing, packaging, and labeling processes within a regulated field is required.
• Experience with MS Project or equivalent is required.
• Experience with project portfolio management is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional development projects is required.
• Experience in Agile project management methodology preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and influence skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple assignments or projects with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects with cross‑functional teams and maintain project plans, including scenario analysis and resource planning to meet timelines.
