Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support mechanical design, evaluation, and assemblies for automotive lighting products.
• Create and revise 3D CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Apply GD&T, tolerance stack analysis, and design-for-manufacturing principles.
• Assist with prototype builds, tests, and dimensional inspection.
• Plan validation testing including vibration, thermal, and environmental tests.
• Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on tooling and manufacturability.
• Support process optimization and documentation of test reports and specs.
• Perform hands-on lab work and engineering calculations.
