Job summary

DuPont Specialty Products USA, LLC is seeking an on-site R&D Lab Technologist to support product and process development through laboratory testing, data analysis, and collaboration with a global network of technical professionals.

You will execute experiments, analyze results, prepare reports, manage samples and inventories, and coordinate external testing while adhering to safety standards. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 1–3 years of professional lab or technical experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute lab experiments per methods and plans.
• Analyze and communicate results, prepare technical reports.
• Prepare, store, track, and ship samples for testing.
• Maintain inventories and ensure safe handling of chemicals.
• Coordinate external lab testing and documentation.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Support commissioning and qualification of new equipment.
• Develop SOPs and safety documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams to align testing methods.
