Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn technical procedures, follow written instructions, and complete required training and equipment qualifications.
• High school diploma and at least two years of plant or laboratory operations experience, or equivalent mechanical work experience.
• Experience safely operating process equipment and instruments and a commitment to lab safety and Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operates distillation and process laboratory equipment, process units, and utility systems as instructed.
• Maintains accurate run logs and electronic records and provides clear shift handoffs.
• Completes structured on-the-job training and demonstrates qualification before performing tasks independently.
• Participates in safety and OE activities within the team and across the business unit.
• Inspects equipment for unsafe conditions and improper operation.
• Supports handling of research samples for internal and external customers.
• Works Monday–Friday, 9/80 schedule with rotating shifts every three weeks.
