• Maintain proper documentation of test and trial results in accordance with quality guidelines.
• Contribute to innovation through lab observations and results; support project documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Education / certification: High school diploma or GED required for the Lab Tech II skills-matrix target; background in chemistry education/apprenticeships a plus
• Professional experience: approximately 3 years of relevant laboratory, R&D, product-development, testing, or manufacturing-support experience, consistent with the Lab Tech II role
• Able to work safely and independently on defined laboratory tasks while interacting with R&D, Research, Operations, Purchasing, and laboratory contacts.
