Job summary

Entertimeonline is seeking a hands-on R&D Lab Support role in Ohio. You will assist the R&D team with sample preparation, lab organization, documentation, and routine technical support activities under direct guidance.

You will prepare, label, and assemble product samples for internal use, customer requests, and events, while maintaining clean, organized storage and using ERP systems to retrieve product information. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associates/technical coursework preferred.
1 year of experience in food manufacturing, R&D, QA, production, lab, culinary, or related field preferred.
Basic Microsoft Office skills incl. Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to learn ERP and internal systems to access product, ingredient, packaging, BOM information.

Responsibilities

Support R&D with sample preparation, lab organization, documentation, and routine technical support.
Prepare, repack, label, and assemble product samples for internal needs and customer requests.
Gather ingredients, packaging, and materials for bench-top work and evaluations.
Perform weighing, basic batch prep, routine sample testing, and simple product evaluations.
