Job Overview

As part of our team, you will collaborate with engineers and technicians to support product design, testing, and manufacturing processes from concept to customer delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Set up and conduct tests on HVAC components using psychrometric chambers and test stands.
2. Monitor testing processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
3. Develop practical engineering solutions following established practices.
4. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC/R or similar field.
• Knowledge of LabSys and RTS software (must be acquired within 6 months).
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools, gages, multimeters, and refrigeration cycles.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 40+ hours/week, lift/move parts up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass background and drug tests.
