You will oversee capabilities, resource planning, project prioritization, and team development while partnering across functions to support product development and regulatory submissions.

The ideal candidate combines leadership with a strong technical foundation in chemistry, biology, or related fields and experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• 4+ years in R&D, lab operations, testing, or analytics in regulated settings.
• 2+ years of leadership, project or technical leadership.
• Experience in a regulated medical devices environment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing laboratory team through coaching and mentoring.
• Prioritize work and allocate resources for testing, method development, and projects.
• Oversee daily lab operations ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develop capabilities, infrastructure, and resource plans.
• Support equipment strategy and capital planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Report metrics, project status, and capacity to management.
