Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with computers and basic lab techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support product development through formulation, application, and process development.
• Participate in scale-up trials from pilot plant to commercial scale.
• Prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders.
• Work safely and follow Balchem safety policies.
