You will work with scientists and engineers on product development, process improvements, testing, and innovation, gaining hands-on lab experience while learning data analysis, experimental design, and technical communication. This role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and real-world problem solving.

Qualifications

• Lab coursework or internships in laboratory, research, or technical projects.
• Experience with data analysis, statistics, or scientific testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and summarize technical data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory testing, experiments, and research activities.
• Collect, record, organize, and analyze experimental data.
• Support product development, process improvement, and technical service projects.
• Prepare samples, conduct testing, and document results according to established procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project summaries.
• Work with R&D team members to troubleshoot technical issues and evaluate potential solutions.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity.
• Follow established laboratory, environmental, and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Present project findings and recommendations at the conclusion of the internship.
