Qualifications

• Familiarity with CAD software, basic electrical troubleshooting, and programming tools (PLC, LabVIEW, Python).
• Strong interest in engineering with a focus on R&D or mechanical/electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of lab equipment and testing methodologies; prior lab experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics (hydraulic and electrical).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and apply new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and executing lab tests to validate new and existing products.
• Help maintain and calibrate lab equipment for accurate results.
• Collect and analyze test data; prepare reports summarizing findings.
• Maintain organized records of testing activities.
• Support inspections using metrological equipment.
• Assist in specifying parts and materials for test setups.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
