Job summary

Procter & Gamble (P&G) invites aspiring engineers and scientists to join a 12-week Summer Internship in R&D across multiple areas including Product Research, Formulation, Packaging, and Process Development. You’ll collaborate with mentors, work on real projects, and gain exposure to cutting-edge innovation tools.

Open to freshmen, sophomores, and juniors pursuing BS or MS in Engineering or Life/Physical Sciences; GPA 3.0+; relocation to Boston or Cincinnati may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS or MS in engineering or life or physical sciences (Chemistry, Biology, etc.).
• GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Willingness to relocate for opportunities during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Product Research to inform design parameters for new or improved products.
• Contribute to Product Formulation & Design using current technologies.
• Assist Packaging & Device Development to enhance function and premium design.
• Support Process Development & Pilot Plant Operations for scalable manufacturing.
• Contribute to Material Development for new-to-world materials.
• Participate in Modeling and Simulation to speed innovation.
• Apply Data Science to translate data into actionable insights.
