Job summary

Syngenta Seeds Field Crops in Durham is seeking an R&D Infrastructure Lead to oversee infrastructure programs, systems, and asset information across the global Seeds network. You will support maintenance practices, data quality, and safety processes while partnering with regional teams to drive consistency and capital planning.

The role requires 10+ years in facilities or infrastructure, strong data and Excel skills, CMMS experience, and the ability to translate findings into actionable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on technical experience in facilities and infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, utilities, and general facility systems.
• Experience using CMMS/EAM systems and maintenance data.
• Experience supporting safe maintenance practices and collaborating with HSE and site teams.
• Ability to assess facility and asset conditions and translate findings into priorities and plans.
• Strong analytical, data management, auditing, reconciliation, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Brady360, reporting tools, and related infrastructure platforms.
• Support preventive maintenance standards, asset hierarchies, and work order processes.
• Support safety and compliance activities including LOTO, audits, and training materials.
• Review asset, maintenance, and inventory records to resolve data quality issues.
• Validate KPI definitions and reporting against source systems with regional and IT teams.
• Assist with facility condition assessments, asset lifecycle reviews, and capital planning.
