Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or related field.
• Experience in testing or assembly in electronics/manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documents.
• Proficient with lab instruments (DMMs, scopes, analyzers).
• Experience with manual board prototyping, soldering, and rework.
• Experience with SMD components and small pitch.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or sitting for long periods.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork.
• Experience with automated testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate electronic, optical, and mechanical components with precision.
• Perform functional testing and troubleshoot isolated components.
• Document test results and assembly processes accurately.
• Identify and diagnose issues in prototype units and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve product performance.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe, clean workspace.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Provide feedback to design teams on product quality improvements.
