Job summary

Pace is seeking a Formulation and Development Associate – Animal Health R&D to provide hands-on support for early and late phase formulation and process development. Monday–Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM; Compensation: $23.00 - 25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline with 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with laboratory equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and high learning agility.
• Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting data.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in pharmaceutical science and drug product manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, analyze, and evaluate experiments for development objectives.
• Ensure experiments are well designed and documented with clear objectives.
• Independently operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with scientists and manufacturing partners to share key learnings.
• Monitor and interpret study results and write technical summaries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.
