Job summary

Create-A-Pack in Town of Oconomowoc, WI is seeking an R&D Technician to oversee new product implementation from start to finish.

As the R&D Technician you will be involved in new product implementation from beginning to end in the following ways:

• Sourcing raw ingredients
• Recommend formulation or process changes where needed
• Accompany customers during onsite visits
• Keep up on and communicate industry updates
• Utilize industry knowledge and Genesis program to assist with labeling requirements and regulations
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Services to prioritize projects
