Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Lead R&D for pet food and treat products to translate consumer and animal needs into robust formulations and technical requirements. You will direct innovation and renovation initiatives and guide the R&D team from concept through specifications.

Responsibilities include overseeing product testing, development of specifications, and cross-functional collaboration to enable commercialization while ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards and regulatory
