Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required; MA/MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant finance experience; experience as business partner or global controller is ideal.
• Excellent ability to influence senior management and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses into pragmatic guidance for business partners.
• Ability to network in a global, matrixed organization with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strategic agility to develop flexible scenarios and future-state planning.
• Passion for drug development processes and ability to operate with ambiguity.
• Proven financial stewardship, governance, and leadership/coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance enterprise partner to molecule teams and development functions.
• Lead value creation initiatives, drive productivity and transformation across teams.
• Support transparency and insights for sound business decisions.
• Co-create and deliver the new R&D Finance model and collaboration with eCOE.
• Build networks across the organization to drive business outcomes.
