Job summary

Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, invites you to join the Test Solutions Engineering (TSE) Equipment Roadmap and Strategy Group as an R&D Equipment Project Manager Intern. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and plan to return after the internship.
• Demonstrated organizational and time‑management skills for multitasking.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, to organize, analyze, and communicate information.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to learn and apply structured project management concepts such as scheduling, risk tracking, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of equipment qualification, deployment, and risk‑mitigation activities across programs while maintaining documentation, trackers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional meetings with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier partners; track actions, decisions, risks, and issue resolution.
• Assist with equipment build, shipment, installation, and deployment tracking across manufacturing sites, aligning with milestones and schedules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify dependencies, assess schedule impacts, and support risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Apply AI tools and reporting solutions to improve project tracking, status reporting, and program visibility.
