Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of cross-functional project management experience in manufacturing, product development, or technology.
• Experience with Stage-Gate-Agile methodology and coordinating across engineering, operations, marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Concurrently lead multiple new product development (NPD) projects from concept through launch.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; drive accountability across departments.
• Translate technical updates into clear business insights and financial impact summaries.
