Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or applied research and development.
• Preferred: 6+ years of applicable engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple research and development initiatives from concept through production.
• Drive material, process, and tooling innovations.
• Partner across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and quality to deliver scalable solutions.
• Apply statistical analysis and DOE methodologies to interpret results and guide decisions.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Scale new products and processes into commercial production.
• Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, product quality, and safety.
