Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks an experienced R&D Engineer III in Austin, TX to innovate and implement new cleaning and process technologies for semiconductor applications. You will lead DOE studies, develop process control strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance and quality targets.

Minimum 4–8 years in development or process engineering roles with a chemical/Materials background is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy/ Hydrometallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced degree preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Research, propose and develop new process technologies to improve safety, cost, process time, and capability.
• Design, direct, and publish Design of Experiments for process feasibility and optimization.
• Develop process control strategies for new and existing processes.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to meet needs and communicate results.
