Qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering experience in R&D, product development, testing, or a related field.
• Experience with test planning, test execution, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of design controls, risk management, and traceability.
• Experience with inventory tracking, material coordination, or component management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support research, development, and product engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Assist with design control activities, including inputs, outputs, verification, validation, and traceability.
• Support risk management by identifying potential product risks and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other teams to achieve objectives.
• Develop, execute, and document engineering test plans and protocols.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, test reports, and records.
• Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and traceable per quality procedures.
• Track materials and inventory for development and testing; coordinate availability.
• Follow established processes and regulatory requirements; participate in continuous improvement.
