Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Engineer (Analog Circuit Design) to join our innovative team developing cutting‑edge Bit Error Ratio Test (BERT) and Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) solutions. The responsibilities will be centered on the design, implementation, and verification of high‑frequency and high‑fidelity analog circuits for high‑speed digital test and measurement systems.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers across hardware, software, and system domains, with primary emphasis on developing and validating advanced analog circuit designs, for example clock synthesizers or high‑bandwidth amplifiers for leading‑edge applications. You will be involved in all phases of the product development lifecycle—from architecture definition and schematic design to simulation, hardware bring‑up, and product release—while broadening deep expertise in modern oscillator, PLL and amplifier circuits.

If you are passionate about analog design and excited to work on state‑of‑the‑art technologies in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment, we invite you to join our team. You will collaborate with global R&D teams in Germany, India, and the US and contribute to world‑class solutions at the forefront of technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and development of analog circuit solutions for BERT and AWG systems
  • Implement, simulate and verify analog circuits using modern design and simulation tools (e.g., low phase noise clock synthesizers, high bandwidth, high fidelity amplifiers)
  • Contribute and drive architecture definition and translate system requirements into analog product specifications
  • Integration, bring‑up, and de‑bugging of analog circuit designs on hardware platforms
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to ensure overall product performance and functionality
  • Drive design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
  • Document design work, results, and technical learnings
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals (PLL, VCO, amplifiers)
  • Profound knowledge of high‑speed signal integrity concepts and practices
  • Proficient with lab equipment and capturing complex measurements
  • Knowledge of PCB stack‑ups, and understanding of materials
  • Strong de‑bug and analytical problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • German language proficiency at minimum B2 level
Preferred
  • Basic knowledge of high‑speed digital systems or communication interfaces (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes)
  • Familiarity with simulation tools and methodologies
  • Interest in test and measurement applications
  • English language skills
