  • Ability to analyze test data and translate results into design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new cooling products and improvements to existing platforms — chillers, CDUs, and supporting systems
  • Plan and execute validation and performance testing; analyze results and drive design changes from the data
  • Build and iterate prototypes, working hands-on in the lab and test environment

We are seeking an R&D Engineer to join the R&D team, to design, prototype, test, and validate new cooling products and product improvements -from concept through handoff to manufacturing. You will work hands-on with refrigeration circuits, hydronics, and controls, and will turn test data into design decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new cooling products and improvements to existing platforms — chillers, CDUs, and supporting systems
  • Plan and execute validation and performance testing; analyze results and drive design changes from the data
