Broadcom is seeking an R&D Dry Etch Process Engineer in Colorado to develop and sustain MEMS etch processes for silicon microfabrication. You will work on new materials, explore new processes, and scale proven etch chemistries into high‑volume manufacturing, while addressing yield and defect issues with data‑driven experiments.

You'll collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance, own process improvements, mentor peers, and document outcomes to ensure on‑time, on‑target delivery

Qualifikationen

• BSc or higher in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry and 5+ years of experience.
• MSc or higher preferred and 3+ years of experience.
• Manufacturing experience as a Dry Etch Engineer.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver results.
• Track record of self – motivated learning.

Aufgaben

• Develop and sustain new and enabling etch processes for MEMS in a high‑volume facility.
• Conduct experimental design and data analysis to support process changes and yield improvements.
• Communicate results across the organization and collaborate with Operations and Maintenance.
• Maintain robust documentation for new process development and improvements.
