Responsibilities
- Perform client proof-of-concept studies and generate recurring client deliverables
- Collaborate with business development consultants and internal experts on client analyses and ad-hoc needs
- Engage in peer review processes to ensure quality and consistency of work
- Conduct research projects and document user stories to guide product development
- Provide user acceptance testing support to validate product quality and requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analytics, product research, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Data Analytics)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for data storage and analytics
- 6+ months' experience with Databricks or relevant analytics software
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Previous involvement in solution architecture or technical design discussions
