Job summary

Eligible students must be enrolled in a STEM bachelor’s program, be 18+, have work authorization, a minimum 2.8 GPA, and be willing to work up to 40 hours per week for the full term. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in STEM at the time of the internship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work up to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 12-week learning experience in the Performance Coatings Group R&D Division.
• Be assigned to a specific lab with a mentor.
• Complete a Technical Project to present at the end of the assignment.
• Actively participate on a project team with periodic performance reviews.
• Engage in networking and learning events throughout the assignment.
• Background check is required prior to start of employment.
