The Sherwin-Williams Company in Brecksville, OH offers a 12-week internship in the Performance Coatings Group R&D Division. Interns are assigned to a lab, paired with a mentor, and complete a Technical Project to present at the end. Participants join a project team with periodic reviews and attend networking and learning events.

This program provides hands-on experience in R&D and collaboration with other interns and co-ops. A background check is required before start.

Qualificações

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Willing to work up to 40 hours per week for 12 weeks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum 2.8 GPA.

Responsabilidades

Participate in a 12-week learning experience in Performance Coatings Group R&D Division.
Be assigned to a specific lab and work with a mentor.
Complete a Technical Project and present it at the end of the assignment.
Active participation on a project team with periodic performance reviews.
Attend networking and learning events during the assignment.
Gain experience working with other Interns and Co-ops.
A background check is required before the start of employment.
