Qualifications

• Must have a BS degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lab experiments to develop products and formulations.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze studies to evaluate product performance.
• Accurately record, interpret, and communicate experimental results; draw conclusions and next steps.
• Prepare technical reports, updates, and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, quality, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Consumer Experience, and Packaging.
• Evaluate new technologies, ingredients, and methodologies for product development.
• Support product qualification, scale-up, and technical transfer as projects move toward commercialization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to lab technicians, interns, or junior team members.
