Job summary

Polynt Composites USA is seeking a Chemist to advance development and commercialisation of new products, support existing technologies, and work under supervision in a laboratory setting.

You will perform synthesis, blending, testing, and analyses, generate technical reports, and help scale processes from lab to plant across multiple product lines.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with R&D teams, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, global chemical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Chemistry or related science.
• 3-5 years’ experience with composites and formulation preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in end use formulation and evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Health and Safety responsibilities and CHP compliance.
• Maintains lab equipment and inventory.
• Executes experiments and tests following methods to ensure repeatable results.
• Writes technical reports and presents results.
• Collaborates with supervisor and project teams to plan experiments and timelines.
