Klüber Lubrication NA LP

The R&D Specialist undertakes and organizes long term development projects. Focus is on developing new and unique products, as well as improving upon existing technology. Also responsible to provide rapid and timely technical service, assisting Sales and customers and support further departments. Identify and investigate potential areas of cost savings, product improvements, process efficiencies, and better QA procedures.

R&D Chemist

Responsibilities

• Use efficient techniques, like DoE for optimizing formulation concepts
• Prepare developmental samples of mainly oils for R&D projects
• Keep organized and detailed records of laboratory work and provide reports
• Occasional formal and informal presentations to Management and/or customers

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in an R&D environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
