Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in research and development, process innovation, or new product development.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, experimental design, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of organic chemistry, reaction kinetics, and physical chemistry principles.
• Excellent scientific problem-solving skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute laboratory experiments to test new chemical processes and formulations.
• Develop and optimize reaction pathways, separation techniques, and formulation methods.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and draw conclusions to guide further research.
• Build and operate bench-scale and pilot-scale experimental setups.
• Conduct literature reviews and stay informed about latest advancements in chemical science and technology.
