We are seeking a talented and experienced R&D Chef to join our growing and innovative product development team as a Co-Founder. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting startup where early equity stakes are offered to team members who contribute to launching and growing the company. Initially, this role is for EQUITY only, with plans to convert to a salaried position later in 2025, while retaining the equity earned. You can choose to start part-time or full-time based on your availability.

Job Description

As an R&D Chef at LiveComplete, you will be part of a remote team dedicated to creating the best plant-based foods, matching the taste and texture of conventional animal products. Your responsibilities include product ideation, development, ingredient sourcing, and cost analysis, across various grocery categories including packaged goods, bakery, refrigerated, and frozen foods. You will develop innovative plant-based replacements for animal-based products, leveraging your knowledge of food science and culinary arts. Formal education in culinary, food, or formulation science is preferred but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.
