The R&D Associate Principal Scientist will oversee seasoning development for various brands and products within the R&D Seasonings & Flavor team. This role is crucial to our PEP+ initiative, focusing on strategic planning and programs that enhance our product range, offering consumers more sustainable options. Responsibilities include researching flavor strategies, generating ideas, collaborating with seasoning vendors, managing seasoning processing and scaling, and setting specifications. The associate will utilize technical knowledge, project management abilities, and experimental design to develop technology roadmaps for innovation and brand management across our food portfolio. This position offers the chance to work with popular brands such as Doritos, Funyuns, Poppables, Munchos, and more.
Compensation and Benefits:
