Job summary

Alliantgroup in Houston is seeking an Associate to join our R&D team to identify and substantiate cash-generating tax incentives for American businesses. You will work with attorneys, accountants, engineers, and scientists to help clients reinvest in their products and people.

As a national premier consulting firm, Alliantgroup focuses on helping businesses claim credits for improved products and processes. Travel 20-30% within the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience with project management, public speaking, and client management.
• Preferred backgrounds in engineering, business administration, management, finance, economics, and life sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to articulate and relay information in an effective and efficient manner.
• High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and client information.
• Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• 20-30% travel within the United States.
• Candidate must reside or relate to Houston, TX.
