The candidate will act as a Technical Liaison, developing custom solutions for clients' packaging and material needs. A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in packaging or plastics is required, along with a strong technical background. Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience with packaging or plastics.
• Strong technical background in flexible packaging, extrusion, thermoforming, laminating, film, and/or tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Liaison for customers to develop custom solutions.
• Work with R&D, Quality, Sales, and Operations teams to address technical issues.
• Travel to suppliers and customers as needed for project management.
