Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking students for full-time internships within our Research and Development organization in Indianapolis, Indiana. Interns will work closely with experienced scientists and technical experts in an industrial R&D setting, with opportunities to build skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and network across the company.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Chemistry (Analytical or Biochemistry preferred).
Two full years of undergraduate chemistry coursework + labs completed.
Experience with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, MS, etc.
Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
Must relocate to Indianapolis, IN for the internship duration.
Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks (May–August).

Responsibilities

Participate in a project with the analytical team developing new analytical methodology.
Engage in planning, preparation, calibration, application, evaluation, and analysis with supervisor.
Work safely and embody Corteva's safety culture.
Demonstrate independent and creative thinking by observing, interpreting data, and drawing conclusions.
Maintain records of experimental data and communicate findings in writing.
Present project reviews and a final poster at the end of the internship.
