Job summary

Dow is offering a part-time cooperative (co‑op) position in Midland, MI, providing administrative support for the Consumers Solutions – Process R&D organization. This long-term, year-round opportunity is designed for undergraduate students enrolled near the Midland Dow site and is intended to last at least one year while balancing coursework.

As a Dow co-op, you will gain hands-on experience in a global organization and collaborate with colleagues across roles.

Qualifications

• Student, enrolled in an accredited college/university near the Midland Dow site.
• Available to begin within 4–6 weeks of offer.
• Commit to working year-round at a minimum of 16 hours per week.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Safety Admin for the department and complete monthly reporting.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Enter Purchase Orders for the team and provide file share support.
• Schedule meetings and handle logistics including passes and meals.
• Input work requests and modify distribution lists and personnel lists.
• Provide back-up support to other co-ops and Admin team.
• Build responsibilities: sort mail, order supplies, manage conference rooms, and arrange catering.
