Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Live within 50 miles of the Midland Dow site.
• High school diploma or GED, with current enrollment in an accredited college near Midland Dow site, pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours during fall and winter semesters (Sept–Apr).
• Available to begin within 4–6 weeks and commit to year‑round work at 16+ hours/week during the academic year.
• Commit to the role for a minimum of 1 full calendar year; longer availability preferred.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Safety Admin for the department, including monthly reporting.
• Employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Enter Purchase Orders for the team.
• File share and team room support.
• Schedule meetings and manage logistics (passes, food, room).
• Input work requests and modify distribution lists.
• Update Office personnel list for group/organization.
• Provide back‑up support to other co‑ops and Admin team.
• Sort and distribute mail; order supplies and manage building conference rooms.
