Job summary

Chimera Enterprises International, Inc (Chimera) is looking for an Acquisition Analyst to manage the acquisition lifecycle for complex R&D programs. This role includes developing solicitation materials, coordinating communications among stakeholders, and streamlining processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 4 years of experience, and an active Top Secret clearance. Candidates should also be familiar with Federal acquisition regulations and possess strong document management skills.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a management or acquisition analyst.
• Experience with contract and technical concepts related to R&D and services contracting.
• Hands-on experience supporting procurement contracts, grants, or agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative flow of R&D acquisition actions.
• Develop, format, and maintain solicitation materials.
• Coordinate communications and document routing among stakeholders.
• Track acquisition activity and performance, and analyze lifecycle data.

Skills

Strong understanding of Federal acquisition regulations

Excellent document management

Coordination and communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
