Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a management or acquisition analyst.
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative flow of R&D acquisition actions from planning through proposal evaluation.
• Develop, format, and maintain solicitation materials and supporting documentation for acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate communications among program offices, contracting, legal, and other stakeholders to keep actions moving on schedule.
• Track acquisition activity and performance; analyze lifecycle data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for streamlining.
• Collaborate with financial, operations, and program analysts to ensure acquisition planning is informed by budget, schedule, and performance data.
