Coesia North America seeks a capable CS Portfolio Manager to act as a strategic liaison between R.A. Jones and its clients, driving after-sales growth and aligning solutions with client needs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in portfolio or engineering management, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver profitable outcomes. Travel 25%-35% domestically and internationally is expected; flexible remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Engineering degree and/or MBA preferred.
• 4–12 years of client and/or portfolio/project or engineering management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, organized presentation, effective writing, and persuasive engagement with others.
• Willingness to travel domestic and internationally, 25%-35% annually.

About the Role

The CS Portfolio Manager serves as a strategic liaison between R.A. Jones and its clients, developing strong customer relationships, providing guidance and support, and ensuring client needs are effectively understood and addressed.

• Driven business development by expanding the after-sales portfolio based on customer needs, market opportunities, and sales insights.
• Established, maintained, and strengthened relationships between the company and external clients.
• Collaboration with key members of the client’s organization to organize and execute plans that support mutual success and profitability.
• Analyzation of products, markets, and customer sales potential and develop strategic plans and competitive market analyses for key customers and regions.
• Identification, creation, and implementation systems and tools that improve sales team effectiveness and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to develop creative approaches to solving customer challenges.
• Demonstrated passion for technology, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; engineering degree and/or MBA preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop a clear understanding of packaging machinery.
• 4 – 12 years of client and/or portfolio/project or engineering management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, organized presentation, effective writing, and persuasive engagement with others.
• Strong working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Willingness to travel domestic and internationally, 25%-35% annually.
